Open the login panel

Confirm two-factor, if enabled

Login problems and how to fix them
"Incorrect email or password"
Use Forgot password — the reset link is valid for 60 minutes and arrives within a couple of minutes. Check the spam folder before requesting a second one, since each new request invalidates the previous link.
Account temporarily locked
Five failed attempts trigger a 15-minute lock. It clears on its own — no support ticket needed. Resetting the password also lifts the lock immediately.
Login works, but games won't load
Almost always a VPN, ad-blocker or corporate DNS filter sitting between you and the game servers. Disable the VPN, then hard-refresh. Games are geo-licensed and a foreign exit node will block them.
Verification blocks a withdrawal
You can log in and play before verifying, but not cash out. Upload a government photo ID and a proof of address dated within three months; checks usually clear the same business day.
Self-excluded or limit-locked
If you set a self-exclusion or a cool-off period, login stays blocked for the full duration and support cannot shorten it — that is the point of the tool, and it is working as intended. Withdrawal of any remaining balance is still available through support.
